Finalize the data sharing MOU and expand to more districts

As a next step, our district will finalize the data sharing MOU for the three pilot districts. Over time, we hope to expand this across the entire county so that we can be the central location for data to flow. Once this happens, we can get closer to achieving the “universal transcript” we are hoping for.

Our data sharing agreement currently folds in services for 4 unique projects:

  1. National Student Clearinghouse Data
  2. CORE Districts/Education Analytics
  3. SDCOE EL Dashboard aka MEGA (Multilingual Education & Global Achievement) Dashboard
  4. Ed-Fi/Digital Promise/SDCOE Data Interoperability

Create usable dashboards across the county

Right now, there are two dashboards focused on literacy assessment data for the three pilot elementary school districts. However, as more districts sign the MOU and come on board, we’d like to expand these dashboards to include more districts throughout the county.
