The “why” behind the work

Prepare students for jobs that do not yet exist

Digital skills are linked to nearly every job our students will hold. It is critical for us to prepare them with the problem-solving and critical thinking skills necessary to succeed in college, career, and the future they choose.

Intentionally build internal leadership capacity across the district

Investing in people is much more important than investing in tools. When we made the decision to advance personalized learning at scale, we knew it was critical to invest in our teachers and empower them to support adoption in their home school sites. We recognize that in order to sustain success, there needs to be system-level ownership.
