Graham Local School District

We will continue to expand our outdoor education opportunities. Graham Local School was one of a few Ohio School districts to recently receive a 1.7 million dollar grant to support after-school programming at the Middle and High School levels. We are planning the construction of a new greenhouse and looking at how we can use a vineyard and apple orchard to expand our current offerings. In addition, as a way to expand our drone technologies and offerings, our Elementary School through High School are working on developing a drone racing league.

We will continue to provide professional development that focuses on STEAM learning at all levels and will ensure that outdoor education opportunities are available to our staff to better understand how to align with current academic standards. The need for project-based learning and performance-based assessments are critical as we work to ensure real learning is occurring. This will be a continued focus for the future.
