Career Highlights
Strong advocate for the arts, serving as an Alaska State Council on the Arts member since 2014, Alaska Arts Education Consortium board member, and as an Alaska Arts Educational Advisory Committee member since 2013. Also served on board of the Alaska Society for Technology in Education (President’s Award Recipient 2007, 2015) and as Alaska co-chair for the EdTech Action Network. Was past ISTE advocacy committee member, ISTE/CoSN joint policy committee member, and ISTE Making IT Happen Award Recipient (2010). Was a White House Summit on Technology in Education Honoree in 2015.
