Darin Brawley has been with the District since 2012. He has led the turnaround in student performance in the Compton Unified School District, which has seen both test scores and graduation rates increase.
Leads 21st Century Learning, technology integration, and organizational management, as well as the CUSD Computer Science Initiative. Committed to closing the achievement gap for underserved students through the lens of equity.
Received many national honors and was the principal at one of two schools in the district to ever receive the National Blue Ribbon Award. Awarded the Terrel H. Bell Award for Outstanding Leadership.
