Her passion lies in digital leadership: she loves working with districts and teachers to leverage digital tools and resources to unleash the learning potential of students. Currently, Beth is the Senior Digital Leadership and Learning Director at CESA 2 where she supports the innovative and digital needs of 74 districts. Equity is a priority in every facet of her work.

She is an award-winning professional known for visionary entrepreneurial leadership, creative problem solving and institutional growth, with a special interest in innovation, strategic partnerships and capacity building.

Winnie Karanja is the Founder and Executive Director of Maydm, an organization focused on equipping girls and students of color with the technical skills and experiences to become innovators and technology leaders. Nationally recognized by Forbes Magazine for her leadership, Winnie has worked on national data projects, has led economic development initiatives, and is committed to equipping youth in utilizing and understanding the power of technology to fuel their dreams.
