Providing interventions and resources to address the social/emotional needs of our students
Two Wellness Centers focus on proactive and reactive mental health and emotional issues

Our district Wellness Centers provide school-based services to students struggling to manage life’s stressors. Our overarching goal is to establish a Stigma-Free Zone and create a climate that promotes the access of mental health and substance abuse services through strong interpersonal relationships with counselors and mental health practitioners in our buildings and the creation of welcoming and calming physical spaces. We aim to provide therapy, guidance, and intervention and prevention programs for students for a variety of situations and needs. Our Wellness Centers are available to all students, families, and faculty. Students are welcome to stop by during the school day with a pass from a teacher or during lunch. Parents are encouraged to schedule an appointment through email or phone.
