Recognizing educators as our greatest resource and putting students first
The Personalized Learning Fellowship is designed to establish a cohort of teacher-leaders empowered to experiment with personalized learning, teach innovation, and learn among faculty. Immersive learning experiences, both online and face-to-face, take participants on a deep dive into personalized learning and provide opportunities to develop specific strategies and takeaways tailored to their specific role and the professional learning needs and interests of their schools.
During three onsite workshops, participants explore the key principles and justifications for personalized learning, exemplary schools from around the nation that effectively implement key aspects of personalized learning, and practical strategies they can use right away to scale innovative practices in their unique educational setting. Personalized Learning Fellowship members also engage in an online course consisting of 12 modules, exploring topics such as: learner variability research, data-based instruction, learner profiles, competency based progressions and pathways, student agency, and deeper learning.
