At PSI High, students learn in an environment that looks like a high-tech office instead of a classroom. In our incubator, students build skills and earn credit through authentic problem solving and collaboration with business and community partners. These real-world problems still embed all of the content standards that young people need to graduate, but instead of primarily learning through lecture and notes, students work with professionals on meaningful projects that impact the world around them. Due to the unique learning environment, students develop success skills for the innovation economy including creativity, collaboration, leadership, and complex problem solving.
