Wyckoff Township School District

We believe our students learn best by doing, and have extended this thinking to our community of parents. The days are gone where we bring parents in to sit and listen passively about our work. We engage parents as learners and active participants through workshops and events such as “STEM Lab and ETV Studio Night,” “Math Fluency, Mindset Matters: A Growth Mindset Seminar,” and “Art Room Afternoon,” with participation numbering anywhere from 15 to 150 people, depending on the offering. The whole family can get involved in some events, with students attending along with their parents for events like “Makerspace Nights” and “Fitness Nights.”
