Reaching all students with flexible, engaging, and inquiry-based instruction
Our current classroom teachers do not reflect the diversity of our student body. Partnering with the University of South Dakota, we have developed the Teacher Pathway Program. Juniors and Seniors who are interested in pursuing a career in education complete an introductory education course, earning one college credit the first semester and two college credits the second semester. One day each week students travel to an elementary school to enhance their experience and provide educational support for an elementary classroom.
