More megabytes than bug bites at Lincoln Technology Summer Camp
Elementary and middle school students explore computer science and technology

The LPS Summer Technology Program is an opportunity available to students entering grades 4-9 each summer. Courses are offered in morning and afternoon sessions weekly, with students logging 15 hours of course time. Cost for Lincoln students is $85, with scholarships available for students on free/reduced lunch. Courses are taught by LPS Computer Science teachers. Titles include Animation and Coding, Adventure in Minecraft, Lego Robotics, MIT App Development, Intro to Programming, Photoshop, Stop Motion Animation, Game Design, and Web Design. Courses are reviewed and refreshed annually to match student interests and current technologies. The 2018 Summer Technology Program enrolled nearly 400 students.
