We offer personalized professional development to all district staff members. District personnel is able to identify a specific pathway through our grow, plan, teach, and lead options, which are aligned to the district mission and vision. Coordinators work closely to align these pathways with building administration based on personal growth plans for teachers. In addition, a personalized PD app has been developed to provide a variety of opportunities throughout the school year. The app also enables us to track data in terms of areas of interest and professional development hours.
